Getting Started Guide

Full walkthrough from checkout to first connection

Choose a region, rental period, and complete payment on the order page

Go to the cloud Mac configuration page, pick the nearest of five regions—Singapore, Japan (Tokyo), South Korea (Seoul), Hong Kong, or US East—set your rental period (daily / weekly / monthly / quarterly), optionally add SSD expansion or Thunderbolt 5 clustering, and pay via USDT-TRC20 or Stripe card (Visa / Mastercard / Amex).

Wait for automatic provisioning (usually 1–5 minutes)

After payment is confirmed, the platform automatically assigns hardware and initializes macOS—no manual review. When provisioning completes, the order status in the console changes to "Running" and you receive an email with the public IP, SSH command, and VNC password.

Sign in to the console and connect via VNC or SSH

Open the user console, find your order, click "VNC" to open the macOS desktop in your browser, or copy the SSH command to connect from a terminal—then start Xcode builds, CI jobs, or other dev work. See the Connection & Access section below for detailed steps.

Provisioning is fully automated. After payment is confirmed, macOS initialization usually completes within 1 to 5 minutes. Once the console order status shows "Running", an email is sent with the public IP, SSH command, and VNC password. If it's still not ready after 10 minutes, submit a ticket immediately—we'll prioritize it.
Sign in to the console, open the order details page, and use the "Power On", "Shut Down", or "Reboot" buttons in the top action bar. The system sends a remote power command—status usually updates within 30 seconds. If status doesn't change 2 minutes after shutdown, refresh the page or contact support.
The "Device Info" section on the order details page shows full specs: Apple M4 chip (10-core CPU · 4 performance + 6 efficiency cores), 16 GB unified memory, 256 GB NVMe SSD (plus any purchased expansion), 1 Gbps dedicated bandwidth, assigned public IPv4, and data center region name.

VNC & SSH Connection Tutorials

Three ways to access your cloud Mac, plus common troubleshooting

Sign in to the console, open your order, and click "VNC" to launch the in-browser remote desktop—no client install required—with full macOS UI access. Enter your VNC password on first connect; find it under "Access Credentials" on the order details page, or change it anytime in the console.
Copy the full connection command from "Access Credentials" on the order details page. Format: ssh admin@<your public IP> -p <port> Paste into macOS / Linux Terminal or Windows PowerShell, enter your password, and you're in. SSH is ideal for scripting, headless CI/CD builds, and batch ops.
Yes. You have full macOS admin rights—install and configure RealVNC Viewer, Remotix, Jump Desktop, or enable native macOS Screen Sharing. Third-party clients often deliver smoother desktop performance and lower latency than browser VNC.
Troubleshoot in order: ① Confirm your local network can reach the internet; ② Refresh the console and click "VNC" to start a new session; ③ Run "Reboot" on the order details page, wait 2–3 minutes, then retry. Still stuck? Submit a ticket with browser version, OS, and order ID so engineers can diagnose faster.

Hardware Specs & Region Selection

Mac mini M4 rental configuration and five data center regions

SpinMac Cloud Mac Standard Hardware
Mac mini M4 cloud rental standard hardware specs
Processor Apple M4 · 10-core CPU (4 performance + 6 efficiency cores)
Memory 16 GB unified memory (LPDDR5)
Storage 256 GB NVMe SSD, optional +1 TB / +2 TB expansion
Network 1 Gbps dedicated bandwidth · Dedicated public IPv4
AI compute 38 TOPS (Apple Neural Engine)
Data Centers Singapore · Japan (Tokyo) · South Korea (Seoul) · Hong Kong · US East
Dedicated physical hardware—no virtualization, no overselling. Each customer gets a real Apple Mac mini M4 in the data center with exclusive access to all CPU cores, 16 GB unified memory, and storage—no hypervisor overhead and no resource contention with other tenants.
No. Each device gets a dedicated public IPv4 and exclusive 1 Gbps up/down bandwidth. For multi-machine clusters, add Thunderbolt 5 clustering to link multiple Mac minis in the same region over an 80 Gbps physical link.
All five regions share identical hardware and rental pricing—the difference is geography and network routing:
  • Singapore—Southeast Asia workloads, stable cross-border connectivity
  • Japan (Tokyo)—Low-latency East Asia node for Japan market and iOS review environments
  • South Korea (Seoul)—Developers serving Korea and nearby regions
  • Hong Kong—Friendly access for South China users; teams needing mainland connectivity
  • US East—North America coverage for global products and TestFlight releases

Pick the region closest to your end users for lowest latency. See full pricing on the pricing page.

Optional add-on: physically link multiple Mac minis in the same region over Thunderbolt 5 at 80 Gbps—ideal for iOS build farms, render clusters, and distributed AI inference. Select it on the order page, or add it later in the console for running instances. Add-on pricing is on the pricing page add-ons table.
Yes. You have full macOS admin rights—run sudo, install Homebrew, Xcode, App Store apps, and any third-party macOS software. Need a specific OS version or kernel extension? Contact support for help.

Billing, Renewal & Payment

Rental period pricing, auto-renewal rules, and payment methods

Four billing periods, same price across all five global regions, settled in USD:
Mac mini M4 cloud rental pricing by period (USD)
Billing Period Base Price Daily Equivalent
Daily$21.2$21.20 / day
Weekly$57.3$8.19 / day
Monthly Popular$106.1$3.54 / day
Quarterly$288.6$3.21 / day
View full pricing (including SSD and TB5 add-ons)
After signing in to the console, the sidebar lists all orders and status (Running / Expired / Pending Payment). Click an order to see expiration date and days remaining; view payment and renewal history on the transaction history page.
Weekly, monthly, and quarterly subscriptions auto-renew by default; you'll get a reminder email before expiration. You can turn off auto-renewal anytime on the order details page in the console—service stops at the end of the current billing period with no impact on access until then. Daily rentals are one-time payments with no auto-renewal.
Two options, both settled in USD:
  • USDT-TRC20—After checkout, pay to the on-chain address; payment completes once the transfer is confirmed.
  • Stripe card—Visa, Mastercard, and American Express accepted; processed by Stripe with encryption—SpinMac does not store full card numbers.
Yes. Add SSD expansion (+1 TB / +2 TB) or Thunderbolt 5 clustering anytime on the order details page in the console—effective immediately. To change billing period, we recommend placing a new order after the current period ends; for existing data, contact support for migration help.

Account Registration & Sign-In

Create an account, reset your password, and manage multiple devices

Click Sign In / Sign Up at the top of the page, enter your email, and the system recognizes new vs. returning users. New users complete registration with an email verification code and password—about 1 minute, no manual review—then order a cloud Mac right away.
In the sign-in modal, enter your email, then click "Forgot password?" A one-time verification code is sent to your email. Enter the code, set a new password, and you're done—no need to contact support.
After signing in, click your avatar or name in the top-right nav, choose "Change Password" from the dropdown, enter your current and new password, and save—no need to sign out. Or go directly to the change password page.
Yes. One account can order and manage multiple Mac minis. The console shows all orders with status, expiration, and credentials—you can power each device individually or submit tickets per instance.

Technical Support & Data Security

Submit tickets, troubleshooting flow, and privacy guarantees

We recommend the ticket system in the console—include your account email and order ID. Our tech team responds within 1 hour. You can also email [email protected]. All inquiries are handled by live engineers—no AI auto-replies.
Troubleshoot in this order:
  1. On order details in the console, click "Reboot", wait 2–3 minutes, then retry;
  2. If still unresponsive, "Shut Down", wait 30 seconds, then "Power On";
  3. Confirm your local network can reach the internet;
  4. If none of the above works, submit a ticket with order ID and screenshots—we'll prioritize it.
SpinMac uses dedicated physical machines—data lives on exclusive hardware, not shared multi-tenant storage. OpenClaw sandbox provides operation-level isolation and audit logs for AI agents; remote access uses zero-trust authentication. On rental end or return, secure disk erasure permanently destroys data. See Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
SpinMac commits to 99.9% service availability (SLA). All data centers are Tier 3+ facilities with redundant power and multi-path networking. If platform failure causes downtime, submit a ticket for SLA handling. Planned maintenance is announced by email in advance.
